Tropical Smoothie Bowl

A thick, frosty blend of mango, pineapple, and banana topped with crunchy granola, fresh fruit, and coconut. It tastes like a tropical vacation in a bowl.

Ingredients
- • 1 frozen banana
- • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- • 1/3 cup coconut milk
- • 1 tbsp almond butter
- • Toppings: granola, sliced kiwi, fresh berries, toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, drizzle of agave
Instructions

Add the frozen banana, mango, pineapple, coconut milk, and almond butter to a high-speed blender.

Blend on low, using the tamper to push ingredients down, until thick and creamy. It should be much thicker than a regular smoothie.

Pour into a chilled bowl.

Arrange your toppings in rows: granola, sliced kiwi, fresh berries, toasted coconut, and chia seeds.

Drizzle with agave and serve immediately before it melts.
