Ingredients
- • 1/2 cup rolled oats
- • 1/2 cup oat milk
- • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- • 1 tbsp maple syrup
- • 1 tbsp chia seeds
- • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- • 1 ripe banana, sliced
- • Pinch of cinnamon
- • Toppings: extra banana slices, chopped peanuts, dark chocolate chips

In a jar or container, combine oats, oat milk, coconut yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Stir well until the peanut butter is fully incorporated.

Layer half the banana slices into the mixture.
